XDB Chain Airdrop Terms and Conditions
XDBee Labs is thrilled to introduce the XDB Chain platform and the launch of the protocol v19. In celebration of the Mainnet’s launch, we will conduct an airdrop of XDB Chain native coins as a token of appreciation to the genuine DigitalBits project supporters.
The XDBee Labs has decided to discontinue support for the DigitalBits blockchain, creating opportunities for others to potentially manage its blockchain and ensure operational network continuity.
Eligibility
Holders of XDB DigitalBits Tokens as at the Airdrop Date (“Eligible Users”) will qualify for free, automatic distributions of XDB Chain Native coins (XDB Chain tokens) as per these Airdrop Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Airdrop Rules”).
Airdrop Ratio
The airdrop rate is set at 1 XDB, XDB token = 1 XDB, XDB Chain token (a 1:1 ratio) (“Airdrop”).
Non-Transferable
The Airdrop is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.
Exclusion of Liability
By participating in the Airdrop, you agree and acknowledge the following:
- Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with your participation in the Airdrop and should seek advice from a tax advisor.
- No Prior Promises: You were not previously promised any tokens, and you took no actions in anticipation of or reliance on receiving the Airdrop.
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to receive the Airdrop due to technical bugs, gas fees, wallet incompatibility, loss of access to a wallet, or any other reason, you will have no recourse or claim against us.
- Third-Party Products: Access to the Airdrop may require reliance on third-party products (e.g., non custodial wallets or exchanges) that we do not control. If you are unable to access such products or they fail for any reason, and you cannot participate in the Airdrop, you will have no recourse or claim against us or our affiliates, and we will not bear any liability.
- Decrease in Token Value: We shall not be liable for any decrease in the value of the Tokens or any other damages you may incur as a result of holding the Tokens for any purpose other than their intended use on the XDB Chain platform.
Exclusions and Disqualification of Non-Cooperative Participants
We retain the sole and absolute right to disqualify or exclude, without prior notice, any Eligible Users who have not cooperated or engaged in actions contrary to the spirit of our community standards or the Airdrop’s intended purpose. Non-cooperative participants are those who have not upheld community values and may not be eligible for the Airdrop or have any claim to XDB Chain native coins.
Non-cooperative users will not be able to participate in the Airdrop and will not receive the Tokens.
Timing
XDB Chain native coins will be airdropped to eligible users’ participating digital asset exchange and/or XDB Chain wallet addresses on a date and time determined by us (“Airdrop Date”), communicated via announcement channels.
These airdropped coins are not intended for use outside the XDB Chain platform and should not be treated as digital currency, securities, commodities, or any form of financial instruments.
Variation
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to determine, amend, or modify these terms and conditions, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending the Airdrop, eligibility terms, criteria, selection, and timing of any actions. All participants are bound by these amendments.
Clarification Regarding Prior Agreements or Promises by any organization
It is imperative to underscore that in the event any DigitalBits token holders have previously received assurances of token allocation from any entity or individual prior to the commencement of the XDB Chain Airdrop, it shall be explicitly stated that no rights, claims, or entitlements arising from said prior assurances shall be vested in or transferred to the XDB Chain Airdrop or the XDBee Labs. Such commitments shall remain within the purview of the DigitalBits blockchain and the entities that have undertaken these agreements. Participation in the Airdrop shall not be construed as an acknowledgment or endorsement of any pre-existing commitments, and nothing within this Airdrop shall be interpreted as obliging or transferring any rights or obligations predicated upon previous arrangements or assurances made by external parties.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Airdrop Rules shall create any rights in any person or entity other than Eligible Users, including without limitation any person or entity entitled to or beneficiary of or that has any rights whatsoever to receive DigitalBits tokens.
Final Determination
You acknowledge and agree that our decisions on all matters related to the Airdrop are final, conclusive, and binding. We will not entertain appeals or reviews, and we are not obligated to provide reasons or engage in correspondence regarding Airdrop-related matters.
Acceptance
By participating in the Airdrop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Airdrop Rules. You acknowledge and accept these rules without limitation or qualification.
